HERS field equipment can be calibrated directly with the manufacturer or check out Micro Precision Calibration: http://www.microprecision.com/ . They can handle lots of different equipment and brands.
The Energy Efficiency Standards specify that all HERS testing equipment must be calibrated as per manufacturers instruction. Depending on what piece of equipment and what manufacturer you have for a particular piece of equipment will dictate when calibration should occur. Remember, regardless of what the manufacturer says on calibrating refrigerant gauges and thermocouples, this MUST be done on a Monthly basis.
Attached are quick guides from both The Energy Conservatory and Retrotec on field checking your duct tester and manometer. If you are checking calibration on your manometer, you will need a syringe kit that can be purchased through the Energy Conservatory. If you are field checking your duct tester, you will need purchase the calibration plate specific to your manufacturer. Below is a photo of the calibration plate for the Energy Conservatory duct tester.
