Every user account on CalCERTS has a unique email address. Any password reset emails for your account will be sent to this email address as well as important messages from CalCERTS and other users. This email address can be changed on your User Profile page.
Note: If you need to change your email address in order to get a password reset email sent to a different (accessible) address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- Login to www.CalCERTS.com.
- Click on your name in the upper right, then choose User Profile.
- Select the My E-Mail tab (1). Your personal email should be indicated (2); make any changes you want, then click Save Changes (3).
Note: Your email address must be unique - no other users on CalCERTS can be using the email!
