This tutorial explains how to request a password reset email for your CalCERTS account. The password reset email will contain the username associated to the email as well as a clickable link to reset the password.
- Navigate to www.calcerts.com
- Click Forgot Login? in the top-right corner of the website.
Click the button to navigate there directly.
- Enter the username or email address associated with the account. Click Send Me Information to send the password reset email.
If the website doesn't accept it, that means the email address is not registered or the username is inactive (unconfirmed email address). You may have been registered under a different email address or you still need to confirm your email address to activate your username.
The email should arrive within the first ten minutes.
Note: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your email Contacts may force your email's firewall to allow the email to be delivered.
